● 430
430 Stainless Steel Coil is a kind of general steel with good corrosion resistance, better thermal conductivity than austenitic, smaller coefficient of thermal expansion than austenitic, heat resistance fatigue, adding stable elements titanium, weld mechanical performance is good.
● 410S
410S are lower carbon versions of general purpose martensitic stainless steel containing 11.5-13.5% chromium and 0.6% Nickel which offer high tensile strength and corrosion resistance.
410S is a steel grade that improves the corrosion resistance and formability of 410 steel.  It has good corrosion resistance and machining performance, and is general-purpose steel and cutting tool steel.
● 409L
409L Stainless Steel has excellent corrosion resistance, is suitable for extending the life of automobiles and reducing the weight of automobiles, and as an environmentally friendly material that can be recycled and reused, the temperature limit that 409L can withstand is (-20 ~ 650 ℃). Recently, due to the increasingly strict environmental protection standards for automobile exhaust, increased driving in short-distance urban areas, and the spread of snow removers in winter, etc., the use of exhaust systems has also become stricter. From Euro Ⅱ-Euro IV standards, traditional steel cannot meet its requirements. Technical requirements, high-end motorcycle exhaust system has adopted 409L material.
● 420
420 stainless steel belongs to martensitic stainless steel, has certain wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and has high hardness. It is used after quenching and tempering. The cold workability and welding performance are not good. It should be heat treated immediately after welding to prevent cracking. It has better cutting performance in the annealed state.
● 443
443 Stainless Steel is a kind of ferritic stainless steel, now generally used to replace 304, rust resistance and processing performance and 304 equivalent, at present in the electrical appliances, utensils, kitchen equipment, elevator, oven production and other fields comprehensive promotion.
● 441
441 Stainless Steel is a high-strength cutting tool steel with slightly higher carbon content and better corrosion resistance.  After the proper heat treatment can be obtained higher yield strength, hardness can reach 58HRC, belong to the hardest stainless steel.
Ferritic steel in the most heat resistant steel, within 1000℃ known temperature antioxidant performance is good.
Compared with 304, 441 has excellent stress corrosion resistance, resistance to pitting corrosion, and not easy to scale and heat absorption effect is strong, its corrosion resistance is similar with SUS316 steel.
● Packaging
Standard export package with water proof paper, and metal pallet, and angle bar protection, and steel strip or as required

Applications

Packing&Delivery

Stainless steel coil be packed with kraft paper, plastic plate and wooden pallet. To be packed strongly avoid damage during transportation, and can be also according to the regulations and customer's requests. Furthermore, products packages also are tagged clear on the outside for easy identification of the product and quality information.
